British Director Ed Bazalgette will direct the film as confirmed by Genta. Bazalgette is no stranger to the last kingdom after directing episodes in season 3 and 4 (he serves as an executive manufacturer for the fourth season too).
Outside the last royal, Bazalgette has worked on Poldark, doctor who, Versailles, and Netflix is Witcher.
What is the plot of Seven Kings Must Die?
After successfully reclaiming his ancestral home Bebbbanburg, and so that Uhtred to maintain peace, Saxon-Dane promised to remain independent of the war between the King of Constantine Alba and King Edward from Wessex. But the independent burden means Edward’s dream from United Kingdom remains hesitant. So, will Wessex another king oppose His Word and betray Uhtred? All Uhtred dreams are to live their days in Bebbbanburg in peace, but fate may have hidden motives, and once again Uhtred will be the heart of forming the future of England.

In a press release for seven kings must die, confirmed that Alexander Dreymon will return to repeat his role as Uhtred of Bebbanburg. It was also confirmed that many characters from the show would return to repeat their role, along with some new faces that had not yet been announced.
