As per court records, US Border Patrol (USBP) authorities in North Dakota halted a 15-traveler van only south of the Canadian line on Wednesday.

The US Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota gave a delivery late Thursday evening and said the driver was recognized as 47-year-old Steve Shand of Florida, who had been captured and accused of human sneaking regarding the episode.
